Every morning at dawn, I walk in an urban forest, a green oasis in the city’s heart. This daily ritual allows me to appreciate the radiant splendor of nature, which in turn inspires reflection on the importance of preserving our environment — not only for the planet’s well-being but also for our health and survival.

Along the way, I encounter scenes of homelessness — makeshift tents dotting the urban landscape, an all too vivid reminder of our society’s social challenges.
